Real Estate Prices are Skyrocketing.

Real Estate prices have gone very sharply. Its very difficult for common to own a house in the city now a days. Earlier it was like only IT employees could afford to buy house or flat, but now it seems like it has gone out reach for them also. Now NRIs who are buying in the city.

Prices increase only when there is increase in demand and I think the current prices as per the demand. As people are contend with owning one house, they are buying two or more for investment purposes. This is creating an artificial demand and prices are going up.

Some roads in city seem horrible. There has been drastic property development in short span of time. For example in Nizampet road lot builders like vertex, maytas and lot of other small developers have completed their projects recently and the traffic has increased drastically. The poor small road is not able to cope up with the traffic. Apart there is a multiplex coming up in that road. God save the people there. But I think that kind of growth is good for everyone.

I hope the city becomes more affrodable in future.

IT Education in Hyderabad.

There has been drastic increase in the increase in the number of IT institutes in Hyderabad. This obviously because of large huge number of engineering colleges that the state has. As a result of this the IT is blooming well in the city .

You find here all courses available. There seems to be lot of demand for SAP,JAVA,.Net courses and the cost also seems reasonable compared to actual trainings from the companies. If you are looking for a course on a particular tool then you have to search little bit I am sure you will find. Lot of these institutes have their in house labs.

The main center for this institutes is Ameerpet. When you walk through the streets of Ameerpet you find the every building filled with hoarding of IT institutes advertising about their courses. Not even small gap is left.

This is one good thing thats happening in Hyderabad.
